We are working with one of the markets most prestigious global real estate advisory firms, who are seeking a Senior Surveyor/ Associate Director to join their Loan Security Valuations team, based in London.
This role will work directly with the Director of Commercial Valuations and will focus on London and the Southeast – typical asset classes include offices, industrial/logistics and retail.
You will be responsible for working on behalf of major lending organisations, which includes international investment banks, debt funds, alternative lenders and clearing banks.
Senior Surveyor/ Associate Director Valuation Surveyor requirements:
Member of RICS and Registered Valuer.
Previous loan security valuation experience is preferred.
Proficient at using Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to produce Red Book Valuations.
You must be comfortable with networking and attending industry events and conferences, in order to maintain and build new business relationships.
Salary is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on level), plus a generous car allowance, benefits package and bonus potential.

Surveyor/Senior Surveyor – Valuation & Advisory Services

We are working with a global Real Estate Advisory firm who are seeking a Chartered Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor to join their Commercial Valuation & Advisory team, based in Central London.
This opportunity will report into the Director of Valuation & Advisory and will be responsible for carrying out a range of valuation responsibilities. This includes portfolio valuations, loan security valuations and transactions across London and Southeast. The role will focus on the commercial market including offices, retail and industrial & logistics.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a top performing team and you will also have ability to work directly with clients from Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor level.
Key Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor – Valuation requirements include:
Degree/ Masters in Real Estate.
Member of RICS & RICS Registered Valuer.
Previous experience in portfolio and/or loan security valuations.
Proven experience working within the commercial real estate market.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to use Argus.
Salary range from £40,000 - £50,000 plus car allowance, benefits package and bonus potential.
Office is based in Central London (2-3 days a week in the office and 2-3 days WFH).

A specialist Out of Town Retail Agency with an exceptional track record for working with some of the market’s most prestigious landlords and retail warehouse tenants is looking to recruit either a Surveyor, Senior Surveyor or Associate Director level Retail Agent to join their team based in Central London.
In this role you will be responsible for providing well known landlord and tenant clients with specialist leasing, letting and on-going asset management advice. You will work directly with the Founding Partners and a close-knit team of like-minded surveyors, which creates a fantastic working environment to learn and develop your career.
Key Surveyor/Senior Surveyor Retail Agent requirements:
Degree or MSc in Real Estate.
Member of RICS is preferred.
Experience working in the Out of Town Retail or Retail Warehousing market.
Experience providing Landlord and/or Tenants with Leasing, Letting and Asset Management advice.
Ability to maintain and develop client relations.
Good network of contacts across the Out of Town Retail or Retail Warehousing market.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Salary for Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor is £40,000 - £50,000 & Associate Director is £65,000 - £80,000, both roles include car allowance, commission-based bonus, phone, private healthcare and pension.
Office is based in Central London, they typically work in the office 3-4 days a week.
