We are working with one of the markets most prestigious global real estate advisory firms, who are seeking a Senior Surveyor/ Associate Director to join their Loan Security Valuations team, based in London.

This role will work directly with the Director of Commercial Valuations and will focus on London and the Southeast – typical asset classes include offices, industrial/logistics and retail.

You will be responsible for working on behalf of major lending organisations, which includes international investment banks, debt funds, alternative lenders and clearing banks.

Senior Surveyor/ Associate Director Valuation Surveyor requirements:

  • Member of RICS and Registered Valuer.

  • Previous loan security valuation experience is preferred.

  • Proficient at using Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer and Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to produce Red Book Valuations.

  • You must be comfortable with networking and attending industry events and conferences, in order to maintain and build new business relationships.

Salary is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on level), plus a generous car allowance, benefits package and bonus potential.
