We are working with a boutique real estate surveying practice who specialise in managing commercial property on behalf of their clients. They are seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team for a 6-month fixed term contract - this is a maternity cover with an ideal start of March 2026 running until October 2026.
This position will report into the Head of Asset Services and will be responsible for the hands-on management of their Central London multi-let office portfolio and Business Park assets in the South East.
Key Facilities Manager responsibilities:
Health & Safety and Compliance – ensure buildings are compliant, manage annual H&S risk and fire assessments, update the electronic H&S systems and ensure emergency repairs and incidents are dealt with.
Service Charge & Financial Management – prepare, manage and close service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, manage tenant recharges and obtain quotes for any minor/ major works.
Contractor & Supplier Management - agree, monitor, and review service contracts and manage and oversee M&E contractors.
Building Maintenance & Operations – regularly liaise with occupiers and be the key point of contact for advice with the day-to-day physical operation of the building. Oversee building maintenance activities and planned works. Develop, review, and manage PPM schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections and responsible for keeping the Head of Asset Services informed of any alterations or issues.
Facilities Manager requirements:
IOSH is essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build strong working relationships with tenants.
Ability to manage multiple sites.
Practical, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Good working knowledge of health and safety regulations within property management.
Previous experience using Vantify/Elogbooks, Tramps / Mojo and Tetra Prism is advantageous.
Salary £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
Office based in Central London (flexible working is on offer).

We are working with a highly prestigious real estate advisory firm who are looking to recruit an Estates Manager based in Leeds. The role is Senior Surveyor/Associate Director level and falls within their Occupier Services function.
In this role you will be responsible for providing corporate property management support to a well-known occupier client. You will also provide service co-ordination and advice for their commercial property estate, consisting of 300 units (mainly retail, F&B and some office) across the Northeast and Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of landlord enquiries and observation of obligations under the lease.
Regular liaison with tenants on other responsibilities.
Co-ordinating and resolving third / neighbouring party requirements and disputes.
Co-ordinating and managing the sublet estate.
Planning, undertaking and reporting on inspections.
Managing specialist service partner provisions across a portfolio of properties.
Review and quality assure reporting and recommendations from specialist subject matter experts.
Carry out Lease Advisory and Agency work.
Co-ordination of quarterly tenant meetings.
Performance management of contractors and service providers.
Contribute to the planning, development and monitoring of premises.
Line management of administrator.
Estates Manager Requirements:
Member of RICS is essential.
Strong working knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act.
Commercial real estate management experience is essential (retail occupier services experience would be highly advantageous).
In-depth H&S and compliance experience, estate management, onsite service partner liaison & performance management.
You must be a solutions-oriented individual when advising colleagues and external stakeholders.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Salary £45,000 - £55,000 plus car allowance, benefits package and discretionary bonus.
Office based in Central Leeds (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH).

We are working with a highly established Investment and Asset Management firm who are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Manager to work in their UK Commercial Property Management team, based in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional Commercial Property Manager to work directly with the Head of Property Management and play an integral role in the management of the portfolio as well as implementing new initiatives.
Key Commercial Property Management responsibilities:
Oversight of the day-to-day management of the portfolio, consisting of office, retail and some industrial assets.
Oversight and delivery of H&S and all regulatory compliance.
Oversight of the preparation and reconciliation of service charges.
Work with the Asset Management team to develop the property and portfolio business plans and ensure delivery against plans, including CAPEX projects and ESG upgrades.
Draft quarterly client reporting and assist with the management of client relationships.
Management of contractors and suppliers, plus oversight of specialist services such as agency and building surveying.
Proactive engagement with tenants to ensure satisfaction and tenant lease compliance.
Contribute to process improvement and implementation of new initiatives.
Commercial Property Management requirements:
Degree in Real Estate (or similar).
Proven Commercial Property Management experience.
Member of RICS is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong Landlord & Tenant knowledge.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Excellent organisation and processing skills.
Salary £45,000 - £60,000 per annum plus benefits and discretionary bonus.
Office based in Central London (3 days in the office/ 2 working from home).
