Senior Development/Financial Analyst

We are supporting a specialist Industrial & Logistics Investment & Development Manager who are looking to recruit a Senior Development/ Financial Analyst to focus on both UK and pan-European development activity, based in Central London.

This role will be responsible for:

• Monitor the performance of development scheme(s) and the market to identify new investment opportunities.

• Support on preparing, updating and reviewing development appraisals, including new information received on potential sales, cost tender returns and banking terms.

• Produce debt modelling and cash flow modelling from scratch using Excel.

• Prepare funding analysis and reports to equity and debt lenders.

• Assist in preparing presentations for internal Board Meetings.

• Report on sustainability data statistics.

• Assist the development team with managing live development(s), site bids and occupier interest on developments.

• Oversight of other analysts in the team.

Salary £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits package and discretionary bonus.

This role will be based at their office in Central London (4 days a week in the office, 1-day WFH).
