We are working with a Uk focussed real estate investment and asset management firm, who are seeking a specialist Retail Asset Manager to join their team based in London.
This is a senior level hire, that will work alongside the Head of Retail Asset Management, focussed on the management of a regional shopping centre portfolio, predominately located in the South East.
Retail Asset Management responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of the agreed business plan to deliver key targets.
Identity and deliver asset enhancement initiatives, including value-add strategies.
Work with the Leasing Manager to execute the leasing strategy.
Work with the Property Managers to scrutinise the Service Charge Budgets.
Assist with the PPM and Capex.
Work with the investment team in supporting with acquisitions and disposals.
Produce and present detail and accurate reports.
Retail Asset Management requirements:
Retail/ Shopping Centre Asset Management experience is essential.
Demonstrable report-writing and presentation skills.
Commercially astute, with strong industry knowledge and network.
Degree/ Masters in Real Estate and Member of RICS.
Salary £90,000 - £100,000 per annum, plus benefits package and discretionary bonus.
Office based in Central London (full time in the office and site visits 1-2 days a week).

We are working with a Uk focussed real estate investment and asset management firm, who are seeking a specialist Office/ Business Space Asset Manager.
This is a senior level hire, that will work alongside the Head of Office Asset Management, focussed on the management of a regional office portfolio, predominately located in the South East.
Office Asset Management responsibilities:
Identify and deliver cost-effective asset enhancement initiatives.
Responsible for improving NOI across the portfolio through letting, lease management and rent reviews, as well as additional revenue streams.
Proactively mitigate void costs and shortfalls.
Responsible for the refurbishment and re-configuration of office and business space.
Market vacant space and deliver new lettings, including appointing, managing and motivating letting agents.
Report progress of the business plan against agreed targets and highlight issues, and recommend alternative strategies.
Oversee the Property Managers and Facilities Managers.
Assist the Investment Management team in reviewing and appraising new acquisitions.
Provide and implement sustainability initiatives.
Asset Management requirements:
UK Office Asset Management experience is essential.

Salary is £100,000 - £115,000 per annum, per annum, plus benefits package and discretionary bonus.

Asset Manager

We are working exclusively with a highly reputable Real Estate Investment Manager who, due to a period of growth, are looking to recruit an Asset Manager to join their team based in London.
Working alongside the senior members of the Asset Management team, you will support them with delivering high-quality strategic asset management across an existing portfolio, focused on UK based mixed-use assets but with cross-sector exposure across a wider portfolio.
The role will primarily focus on identifying opportunities to add value and contribute to asset performance and investment return, by taking a proactive approach to asset management. The role will also involve support on the investment management process with potential exposure to underwriting new investment opportunities and the disposing of assets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently working in an asset management position, looking for a role that can offer full asset lifecycle experience.
Key Asset Management requirements include:
Degree or Masters in Real Estate or appropriate post graduate qualification.
Member of RICS.
Previous experience working as an Asset Manager across a commercial portfolio.
Excellent working knowledge of the L&T Act.
Experience in identifying and implementing value enhancing initiatives.
Excellent numerical skills with detailed understanding of real estate cash flows.
Experience in supporting with acquisitions and disposals.
Experience at producing high quality documents and reports.
Office based in Central London (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home).
Salary up to £70,000 per annum, plus benefits package and bonus.
