We are working with an International Property Consultancy who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to support with the day to day running of the finance function, including team management, on a mixed-use, highly prestigious London based Estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will need strong experience of variance reporting, preparing budgets, monitoring expenditure and income, cash-flow management and producing monthly forecasts.

• Preparing monthly / quarterly management reporting for internal use and bespoke client reporting.

• Support the treasury team with AP, AR & Credit Control duties as required.

• Prepare/maintain all financial records to support with audit.

Key person specification:

• Background either in Management Accounts or Client Accounts, with knowledge of RICS accounting rules and legislation.

• This role requires somebody who is very technically astute, has very good attention to detail and has very strong numerical skills.

• Demonstrable people-management skills, training and development skills.

• Ideally you will have very good Excel experience and if you have any financial modelling skills that will be highly advantageous. Experience using Proactis or Horizon property accounts system will be highly beneficial.

This role is full time in the London office, 5 days per week, salary £40,000 - £50,000 plus benefits.
